Home cleaning preference profile

Make the routine familiar before asking anyone to remember it.

A useful home profile records priority rooms, rotating detail, boundaries, products, access, pets, belongings, communication, and who may approve a change. It helps the cleaning conversation stay centred on the household.

What this page does

Prepare the conversation, not submit private household information.

Fields and checkboxes on this page stay in the browser tab. They are not saved, sent, or added to a C&L record. Print only when appropriate, and do not enter active access codes, payment information, health records, or details unrelated to cleaning.

For a new request

Identify the result before the checklist.

Use the profile to describe the home, current condition, cleaning path, priority rooms, and practical constraints. The quote still confirms what is included, available, and priced.

For recurring service

Keep approved instructions current.

A working profile can help distinguish every-visit priorities, rotating detail, optional work, day-of choices, and changes that need a new agreement.

After the first visit

Use real information to refine the routine.

A first service can reveal condition, access, timing, surface, pet, product, or priority details that were difficult to estimate beforehand. Any material scope, frequency, or price change should be discussed before it becomes part of the routine.

Were the three priority results addressed?

Compare the approved quote, available access, condition, and completed work.

Retain, clarify, reorder, or separately quote the priority.

Did the home require different effort?

Look at actual condition, contents, room access, add-on quantity, and time needed.

Discuss a reset, phased work, changed scope, or revised routine before the next service.

Is the frequency realistic?

Consider how quickly kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dust, pets, and high-use rooms return.

Retain the rhythm or discuss another frequency without assuming availability.

Did practical instructions work?

Review parking, entry, pets, products, belongings, priority order, and communication.

Update the approved home profile for future visits.

Day-of choice

A request to skip a room can remain temporary.

A client can ask that an area be skipped or an item not be moved during a visit. A repeated or permanent change should be recorded so the routine remains clear.

Expanded request

New work needs a review path.

Additional rooms, appliance interiors, cabinets, glass, heavy buildup, clutter, debris, high work, or changed deadlines may affect what fits and what it costs. C&L should confirm the available option before adding work.

Home profile FAQ

Make the profile useful without making it intrusive.

Does completing this page send information to C&L?

No. It remains in the current browser tab and is intended for planning or printing. Use the guided quote or direct contact routes when you decide what to share.

Should I include my door or alarm code?

No. Do not place active credentials in this profile, a web request, or an ordinary email. An approved access method and secure handoff are discussed later if needed.

Will every preference be accepted?

Preferences help shape the conversation. Products, tasks, access, timing, staffing, equipment, and communication methods still require capability and availability review.

Can this replace the written quote?

No. Only the approved C&L quote or agreement confirms the included work, assumptions, responsibilities, price, and applicable terms.

Comfortable contact

Review every answer before deciding whether to send.

The guided request includes section-change controls and a copyable plain-text fallback when an email application does not open.
