Quote requests on this website

The quote form prepares an email in your device's email application. The website does not receive or store those form entries. C&L receives the information only if you send the email; the message is then handled by your email provider and C&L Cleaning Services' email provider.

Guided intake questions

The form changes its service questions based on the client type you choose. These prompts are intended to collect practical details needed to understand fit, scope, timing, access, and the likely quoting process. Answers remain in the page until the prepared email is opened. C&L receives the reviewed fields only if you choose to send that email.

Information to share

For an initial request, a neighbourhood or partial postal code is normally enough. Avoid sending access codes, alarm details, payment information, health information, or other sensitive details through the form. An exact service address can be confirmed directly when needed.

Purpose, access, and retention

Inquiry information sent by email is intended for reviewing the request, contacting the requester, preparing or discussing a quote, and maintaining the resulting business record. C&L should limit access to people who need the information for those purposes and apply appropriate retention, deletion, backup, and service-provider controls to its email and business records.

Google Analytics and cookies

C&L uses Google Analytics measurement ID G-9DHV1W200K to understand page visits and general website use after a visitor chooses Allow analytics. Analytics storage is denied by default. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals are disabled in the website configuration. C&L does not intentionally send quote answers, names, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, or postal codes to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and receive technical and usage information such as page paths, browser or device characteristics, and interactions supported by the configured Analytics property. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. The site stores the visitor's allow or decline choice in local browser storage so the panel does not need to appear on every page. Clearing site data removes that saved choice.

Other external links and abuse controls

The quote server uses a temporary in-memory request count and a salted network-address hash to limit abuse; it is not used for advertising. Links that open your phone or email application, or take you to another website, are governed by those services' privacy practices.

Separate first-party website measurement

C&L's separate first-party event receiver remains off. If separately approved and enabled later, it can count only controlled events such as choosing a contact route, advancing through a quote step, filtering the resource library, or receiving a browser-only plan result. It rejects form answers, names, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, postal codes, arbitrary labels, query strings, cookies, advertising identifiers, session identifiers, and browser fingerprints.
